Surprisingly I enjoyed this exercise. At times it had become time consuming I wasn't sure that I would complete everything. Some sites I'm still unsure about but I'm glad to have gotten the opportunity to learn about them so that I can explore them more in the future. I hope I have completed the 23 tasks.
Some of the things I enjoyed was learning about Library Thing, Image Generators and Delicious. I'm glad that the Queens Library allowed us to participant in this excercise and I look forward to participately in any future excercises.
THANKS!!

#22 Audiobooks
Right now I am taking a reader's advisory course at Queens College and we were required to listen to an audio book. I was disappointed to see that our library had a limited selection. From viewing the Queens Library site I saw that you are able to download audio books and upload them to a portable device. This is great. I also saw that that the selection was inclusive to books that I would like to read, including suspense and mysteries. I'm looking forward to trying to upload an audio book to my ipod when I get a new one.
However, the videos and music that are offered are not new popular items which disappointed me. Some exercise videos however might be useful to me.

#21 Podcasts
I have some knowledge of podcasts but haven't had much use for them. I searched the sites for podcasts to find some pocasts for book reviews. I found one and tried to post it as a RSS feed but had trouble doing so. I hope to continue the excercise at home where it might be easier to play around with it.
I think the concept of being able to listen to book reviews or even book discussion is a great idea to use for libraries.
